What SafeShip is

SafeShip is a package protection program offered by participating online stores. It isn't an insurance policy. The store you bought from stands behind the protection it sold you.

For customers

If you added protection to your order and the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you can file a claim. Eligible claims are resolved with a replacement or a refund. We or the store may ask for information to confirm your claim.

For merchants

The SafeShip service costs $299 a month with a 12-month minimum term, as set out in your signed agreement. If your agreement differs from this page, your agreement applies.
